Where can I find Item Tracking details on the mobile app?
You can access Item Tracking from a tracker’s information details by selecting a tracker on the map or from the tracker list.
- Tap the ‘Trackers’ button at the bottom of the map.
- Select a tracker with Items from the list to view its details.
- Expand the details section, and look for the ‘Item Tracking.’
- Tap on the ‘Item Tracking.’
- Tap on any of the items listed this will open the Items Details.
How do I add tracking Fobs?
To add tracking fobs on your app:
- Select the ‘More’ icon from the bottom navigation bar.
- Select ‘Item Tracking.’
- Select ‘Manage Item Fobs' and tap the ‘+’ icon.
- Enter the fob number (WQTL + 6-digit number) or scan the QR code using your camera.
- Select ‘Save’ to finish adding the fob.
How do I assign a fob and add an item?
To assign a fob and add an item:
- Select the ‘More’ icon from the bottom navigation bar.
- Select ‘Item Tracking.’
- Select ‘Manage Items' and tap the ‘+’ icon.
- Enter the name for the Item.
- Select ‘Group’ and choose from the list.
- Select ‘Fob’ and choose the Fob from the list.
- Select the back arrow on the top left corner and ‘Save’ to apply this change.
How do I edit an item?
To edit an Item:
- Select the ‘More’ icon from the bottom navigation bar.
- Select ‘Item Tracking.’
- Select ‘Manage Items' and select the Item you want to edit.
- Select ‘Edit’ and update the desired fields.
- Select ‘Save’ to apply these changes.
How do I remove the assigned Fob from an item?
An item must always be assigned to a Fob to display its last check-in location. To remove a fob, you must either:
- Assign the item to a different Fob.
- Delete the existing Fob (if no longer needed).
To delete a Fob:
- Select the ‘More’ icon from the bottom navigation bar.
- Select ‘Item Tracking.’
- Select ‘Manage Item Fobs.'
- Select the Fob you want to delete.
- Select ‘Delete Fob.'
- To complete the Fob deletion, select ‘Delete’ in the confirmation message.
How do I delete a tracking Fob?
To delete a Fob:
- Select the ‘More’ icon from the bottom navigation bar.
- Select ‘Item Tracking.’
- Select ‘Manage Item Fobs.'
- Select the Fob you want to delete.
- Select ‘Delete Fob.'
- Confirm by selecting ‘Delete.’
